National Pastime Corporation, owner of the Pittsfield Astros, Class A Affiliate of the Houston Astros and member of the New York-Penn League, is bringing affiliated baseball back to the Capital Region. A brand new 4,500 seat stadium is being constructed on the campus of Hudson Valley Community College and will be ready by the start of the New York-Penn League schedule starting in June of 2002.
