|  What was the Season? summer Can you name any of the people? Can you name the location? Posted: 05/20/2001 Comments... Art Bevins was a volenteer police officer in clarksburg around 1981 or so. Art was a wonderful man, he is missed dearly, sadly he shot himself on the day of the fall foliage parade, after he had suffered a head injury in a car accident with a horse. Posted: 04/17/2003 |
