I'm guessing the Notch Reservoir because of the apparent height of the dam, but I have no idea what the apparatus was for.

Definately was the notch reservoir,you can see the top of the caretakers house. There was a pump truck down below in driveway,pumping chemicals in the water,because it was so low,before the water reached the clorine shed located below the reservoir. I know i lived there. Merv
