Can you name any of the people?
Looks like Tory Lane in front.

Can you name the location?
Could be Colgrove Park. Monument Sq. Daycare Center started in the Methodist Church, next door. A portioon of the park was their play area.

Monument Sq. was the first licensed day care center in the Berkshires. It opened in the early 1970,s.
