Can you name the location?
in front of old Drury? Cole Grove Park with flat iron block on North Church and Eagle in background?

It's not Drury; the stonework looks right, but the buildings in the background are entirely wrong. Unless the negative was reversed, which would make the light colored building (on the left) the flatiron, and the dark colored one the Tower and Porter block. And the park, by the way, is "Colegrove," so named for Jeremiah Colegrove, who established the old cemetery where the park is now.
