I just had a flashback to the smell of that store! Smelled of paper and ink and pencils. What a memory. I used to babysit for the Foster's kids, Kim and Jeff, in the Chantilly Avenue neighborhood in the late 1960's I wonder what happened to the Foster family?. Posted: 10/11/2002 Comments... Jim's mother Kay Foster lives at the High Rise--she's probably in her 90's--both Jim and his brother are around but not living in North Adams--I think maybe in Vermont. Have no idea where Barbara is now...haven't seen her in ages! Posted: 10/14/2002 Comments... Jim Foster lives in Bennington and works at SRS (Social and Rehabilitation Services) for the State of Vermont. Danny Foster is a retired School teacher who lives in the Cambridge, NY area.
