The sgt first class on the right has a 1st Army patch on his shoulder and the later bright rank stripes. Probably around the Vietnam era.

looks like Major Chet Gorsky, 2nd BN 104 Infantry

Comments...
Major Gorsky was on the Battalion Staff of the 2BN 104th Mech. Inf., Chicopee, MA during the early 1970's. Unable to even guess at the others.
