Obviously, Santa Claus. The rest are his elfs. The horse's name is Adolf.

This is one of Randy's classic "fly-over" shots. It cannot go without note that after World War II started in Europe in 1941, for public relations purposes, Santa had to put Adolf out to pasture so to speak. This, in turn, opened the door for Rudolph, who as we all know "went down in history."
