Officer Andrew Pasierbiak

Comments...
Andy is the man in the background wearing a dark tie, short jacket and a white hat. His posture is unforgetable. I often saw it when he was mad at Bruce and me. Unfortunately, he died young leaving a fine family. His two sons Bruce and Jack were friends of mine. Bruce also died before his time. Jack has recently retired and moved back to North Adams after years of living in New York state.

City Manager Bob Harp is next to Andy. In the center are Chief John Flaherty and Commissioner James Bowes followed by my father Ed Steuer.
