This looks like the fountain directly across from St. Francis Church. You can see the Artery Arcade in the background to the right. This fountain was built either in the late 50's or early 60's.

I think this fountain was dedicated to the North Adams War Veterans from ALL wars... Thank you Mayor Diamond and THANK YOU Veterans for helping to maintain OUR way of life and Freedom!!!
